At Lunvero Flutes, we want you to feel confident with every purchase. If your order isn’t right for you, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery.

30-Day Returns

You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

Be unused and in its original condition
Be free from damage or signs of use
Be returned in the original packaging
Include all original accessories and materials

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

Please include your order number and the reason for your return. We will provide instructions for sending your item back.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service and keeping your shipping receipt until your return has been processed. Lunvero Flutes is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging.

We will review the issue and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement or refund.

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to process and post the refund to your account.

Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part or the item arrived damaged or defective.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item, please contact us first. Depending on availability, we may be able to arrange an exchange or recommend placing a new order and returning the original item.
